Brian Michael Taylor, LLM Brian Taylor is a well regarded marine solicitor with over 10 years' legal experience. Prior to a career in law Brian spent seventeen years with the Royal Navy. He has a Masters Degree in Maritime Law from The University of Southampton and has previously worked for two niche marine practices. In 2005 Brian opened a practice in the beautiful coastal resort of Bournemouth. The firm continues to thrive and now employs five staff and one consultant. Brian has a practical approach to law and retains an incisive grip on the disputes he is instructed on. He is well respected by his clients, has a high litigation success rate and will provide a straightforward view on the merits of a matter. If possible Brian will promote early dispute resolution. He is experienced in all areas of marine and commercial litigation and regularly handles high value marine transactions. In his spare time Brian stubbornly refuses to retire from his lifelong passion of playing rugby. He is an avid reader of naval histories and can often be seen servicing the helicopter on the deck of his multi million pound yacht...
