BOURNEMOUTH-BASED FIRM TAYLORS SOLICITORS EXPANDS ITS MARITIME LAW
DEPARTMENT

TAYLORS SOLICITORS is very pleased to announce that it has merged with the specialist marine
practice TYLER LAW.

Tyler Law was until recently the sole practice of Christopher Fairfax, who has been practising in the
area of Marine law for over 20 years. Chris, a keen sailor, is well respected and experienced in leisure
marine markets and writes regularly for maritime journals. He will be remaining as a consultant for
TAYLOR MARINE LAW but will devote more time to his marine and pet insurance business.

The firm has also recruited Rachel Warburton to assist with the case load. Brian Taylor has over 17
years' experience in the Royal Navy and set up the firm in 2005. He practises in the area of commercial
and leisure marine law and has acted for ship insurers, private clients and operators of vessels large and
small.

Brian says: "We welcome Chris on board and look forward to a long and happy working relationship. It
is particularly pleasing to be able to expand in a difficult commercial market. With the expertise of Chris
we now offer a full service to all areas of the leisure and commercial maritime industry. We look forward
to continued general expansion and would hope that we are seen as a leading marine legal firm on the
South Coast." For marine or general enquiries please call Brian on 01202 315800.
