The department is headed by Brian Taylor, who, with over seventeen years experience at sea, has the
specialist experience required to fully investigate marine personal injury matters. He has acted for P&I
Clubs, insurers and individuals, and has attended a number of major marine incidents.

He acts in respect of fatal and non-fatal accidents on commercial vessels, yachts, fishing boats,
harbours and marinas. We are available at short notice to attend and collect evidence and if expert
advice is required we have access to a number of specialist surveyors.

We occasionally act for Claimants and aim to adopt a personal and friendly approach. If it is convenient,
we can visit you in your home or at your business. You can be assured that the matter will be speedily
